Wm Ohs Luxury Kitchens - worth the wait!

Customers are willing to Practice Patience in the world of Luxury Kitchen Cabinetry

Denver, Colorado - July 19, 2006 - The custom kitchen market is certainly heating up. Much like expensive cars, designer handbags and prestigious country club memberships, custom kitchens are emerging as items that are at the top of luxury homeowners' priority lists.

One luxury kitchen company in particular, Wm Ohs, has recently emerged as the ultimate, "must have" item in opulent homes across the United States.

Not only has Wm Ohs custom, handmade cabinetry been appearing at the top of luxury home owners' "wish lists" - but on their "waiting lists" as well. Customers are willing to wait a considerable amount of time for their custom, hand-crafted dream kitchen from Wm Ohs.

Biding one's time in search of perfection is a new industry trend in the custom kitchen arena. Traditionally, customers do not appreciate long wait periods, and have been known to shy away from sacrifice and inconvenience. However, Wm Ohs customers know that the end result is worth a little patience and time.

"The primary reason that our kitchens are in such high demand and our lead time is so long is that we create the highest quality cabinetry that is crafted and finished by hand," explained Robert Cilli, Wm Ohs President and CEO.

However, the company is taking steps to help alleviate the long lead times.

Cilli continued, "we have instituted a new system where the customer can reserve a production date. So if our customer starts working with their Kitchen Designer early on in the project, lengthy lead times shouldn't be an issue. On the other hand, if you are looking for a complete kitchen installed in your home within four or six weeks, then Wm Ohs is certainly not the brand for you."

Wm Ohs wood cabinetry is carefully hand made, piece-by-piece in the company's factory in Denver, Colorado. Over 100 wood craftspeople spend numerous hours sanding, painting, and finishing each individual section of furniture.

"I absolutely had to have Wm Ohs cabinetry," says Deborah Toney, a Denver homeowner. "The craftsmanship is impeccable."

Bill Ohs, the founder of Wm Ohs cabinetry explains, "Perfection takes time. We strive for excellence and quality each and every one of our custom kitchens. We educate our clients so they understand the process, and they are willing to wait some time in exchange for a lifetime of satisfaction."

Wm Ohs President, Robert Cilli, adds, "Our customers have always been extremely selective and they demand the highest quality cabinetry. We work with each customer personally to ensure that we create their ultimate dream kitchen, which is not only spectacular, but functional."

Over the past year, Wm Ohs has seen a surge in sales, and their 28 showrooms across the United States are surpassing expectations for growth. This June, the company's newest showroom opened its doors in Newport Beach, California.

Wm Ohs kitchens are classic in design. However, this year Wm Ohs launched a new, contemporary line called "Transitions," a dramatically different style from the company's traditional look.

Cilli adds" Transitions is a line of simple wood doors and cabinets with clean lines that showcases our exceptional finishes, which we have become know for. Wm Ohs transitions encompasses contemporary designs with a traditional heart."

Wm Ohs was founded in 1972 in Denver, Colorado by William Ohs. The company is a leading luxury U.S. kitchen company. Currently, Wm Ohs employs over 100 professional craftspeople and engineers who create hand-crafted cabinetry in a 50,000 square foot factory. The company's website is www.wmohs.com
